Leemco, Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship when purchased from an authorized Distributor for a period of five (5) years and used for normal use. If the constituent becomes defective during the Limited Warranty period, Leemco shall replace it at no charge to the customer. Seller shall not be liable for the cost of repairs or work done or materials purchased by the buyer because of defective items, unless in writing by the seller. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES unless applicable federal law forbids exclusions of incidental or consequential damages.
