All product returns must have an approved RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) form signed by a Leemco Representative.  No credit shall be issued for returns without this information.  Leemco will not issue a check or cash refund for the returned goods amount.  Credit will be issued to the Distributor's account and this dollar amount will be deducted from all future purchases, until a zero balance is achieved.  The RGA form can be downloaded from the Leemco website Home page. 

All product returns shall be subject to a twenty percent (20%) refurbishing charge. The Purchaser shall be responsible for shipment of all Leemco return goods; freight prepaid to Leemco factory located at 360 South Mount Vernon, Colton California, 92324. This shall include, but not limited to all packing, handling, shipping and the cost thereof for all Leemco products. In the event of any portion of the original order had been shipped freight allowed by Leemco is returned, the Purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of the outgoing freight charges, as well as handling charges related to the returned goods. The handling charges shall be calculated as to the sale ability and refurbishing cost of the returned product.

Fittings returned without links, gaskets, bolts, etc. shall be charged for the cost of the missing items and associated labor including a handling charge. It is the responsibility of the Distributor, Dealer or Contractor to inspect all received goods and immediately notify Leemco of any defects or deficiencies. The Distributor, Dealer or Contractor has 30 days from the date of the original Leemco invoice to report missing items and seek remedies immediately. Goods badly damaged or construed to have excessive rust, and mud deposits shall be charged a refurbishing fee.
