DUCTILE IRON FITTINGS:
All stocking Leemco distributors and dealers shall be exempt from refurbishing fees. Shipping and handling charges shall apply. Other designated Leemco distributors and dealers shall be given a one time per year, meaning once, and opportunity to return unused, slow moving items without the twenty percent (20%) refurbishing fee. The occasion of this one time per year exemption from the twenty percent (20%) refurbishing fee must be arranged in advance with a mutually agreed upon date. Shipping, handling and refurbishing charges may apply. All returns must be referenced to original invoices (Leemco Invoice Numbers) with a copy attached. No credit shall be issued for returns without this information. Fittings returned without links, gaskets, bolts etc. shall be charged for the cost of the missing items and associated labor including a handling charge. It is the responsibility of the distributor, dealer or contractor to inspect all received goods and immediately notify the manufacturer of any defects or deficiencies. The distributor, dealer or contractor has 60 days from the date of the original Leemco invoice to report any missing items and seek remedies immediately. Goods badly damaged or construed to have excessive rust, and mud deposits shall be charged a refurbishing fee.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:
All Leemco products, other than Leemco ductile iron fittings, shall be subject to a twenty percent (20%) refurbishing charge. The purchaser shall be responsible for shipment of all Leemco return goods; freight prepaid, to Leemco factory located at 360 South Mount Vernon, Colton, California, 92324. This shall include but not be limited to all packaging, handling, shipping and the cost thereof for all Leemco products. In the event any portion of an order that had originally been shipped freight allowed by Leemco is returned, the purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of outgoing freight as well as handling charges related to the return goods. The handling charge shall be calculated as to the sale ability and refurbishing cost of the returned product. In no case will the resulting charges exceed twenty percent (20%) of the invoiced original order.
